So fake 😠. None of these questions were asked. They only asked technical questions after saying it will be a personal interview.

Can we apply this to shell interview?

I passed the interview. The questions asked was : What is your career history? (tied it in with your first answers, 6 sections, but not all, like hobbies werent mentioned)When is a time you dealt with a difficult colleague who was uncooperative? If you encountered a problem, how would you make sure to avoid. it (something a long those lines). I think thats it. I just tied in STAR examples and used this video recommendations and found ways to tie in facts into it. So when they ask about my career expectations I said somethinf on the lines of its really important the work we provide and i went on to say that outside of career expectations, that it will help enable me to hit my own financial goals yadada. Tying it to their brand as they do investments. I couldnt even exhaust all the facts like 20% RoE (they love this), but got most out there I think finding ways to make the conversation grounded and showing genuine enthusiasm, while being able to tie it to useful facts helped me got the initial offer.

Hi, do you have any tips in Trainee program? My country is currently under applications (and I applied it). Correct me if I wrong but in your video is for a specific job position (such as finance analyst, BA,HR), since a trainee is an entrance position and you'll have a job rotation/no fixed position in a first moment, how can I narrow your explanation/knowledge and fit in a Trainee program? Also, I might have a serious issue: I have two bachelors (law and accounting. I'm tax law person) but I have no knowledge/experience in a investment bank, should I do a little research about it,how could overcome this situation? PS: Do you know if the trainee program are the same in all countries? Because in here it'll be only three assessments ( english and logical problems, HR interview and cultural assessement) and the final job proposal.

Hi mate! Thank you for the video and for everything you do-very helpful. Based on my experience, if a job post on LinkedIn with "Easy to Apply" in its description says something like "apply via LinkedIn or alternatively send us your CV via email," I tend to opt for the latter. And you know what? It does pay off-at least they get back to you. In addition, I try to include a cover letter even if it's not required. However, I believe one has to put one's soul into it; otherwise, it could make the application look worse if the cover letter is badly written. Speaking of top universities in the UK, I noticed that some companies do require graduates from Top 10 Russell Group universities. So, I think some employers do care about which school you come from. That's my personal observation. I was wondering if you could make a video for people who want to transition from one industry to another. It would be nice to see how to present transferable skills and experience. Thank you. Keep up the good work!!!

If someone doesn't research the company, it might be carelessness, but one could say the employer might want to know the candidate understands the business of NatWest so the candidate knows what they are letting themselves in for and not quit in the first year. Say if you apply for a company whose products cause illnesses, the company would want the candidate to be ok with that in their tenure.
